Scunthorpe seems a bit tamer after reading Jason’s book. A really good brunh, but even better read by the author himself. Good book, it began a little bit flat, however picked itself up half way through. His delivery certainly added so extra laughs.

I love Manford and always have, he is my favourite stand up comedian. At times laugh out loud Funny! She was just 16, and became pregnant with Jason very quickly. With his laugh-out-loud tales of coming of age, Jasoj shows he’s a generous storyteller and as natural an observer as he is on stage.

Even though it is a average sized book I read it within a couple of days, it flowed so well throughout mnaford time just flew by and it was very well written it was as if he was sat right in front of me telling me about his life. I enjoyed this book but not as much as I originally hoped I would. Want to Read saving….
Funny read, not as enthralling as I thought it would be, but nice to have the background story on a comic I enjoy following. Fantastic Listen Well worth it, wasn’t a massive fan before but am now.
Elis James and John Robins: Help keep Chortle viable. Well written and narrated, although lacking some of the subtlety of his actual standup, but the biggest downside is reading it 7 years on from its authoring – the guy is now divorced and remarried, so a lot of the family sentiment feels a bit hollow.

And so the seeds were sown After struggling through a thick and not wholly enjoyable thriller, I wanted something a bit lighter and quicker, and picked this one up which I’d bought for the princely sum of half of one of our Pounds Sterling to read as a consequence.
Very good and engaging throughout. Lists with This Book. His sense of humor came across brilliantly in his writting, I found myself laughing alot while reading it.

If I wasn’t laughing, then I was crying, there was literally no point in this book where I didn’t feel emotion.
